Bob was good to add at the end for the last time consuming task. The slowest worker was good to add to the least time consuming task. Good game!

I assigned all the float tasks with no predecessor to cheap resources and the critical one to expensive resources,

unfortunately, it doesn't keep track of all projects completed, but overall good

This game would benefit from having some pre-set scenarios with static project Gantt charts and fixed staff that we could attempt multiple times in addition to the procedurally generated projects and staff combinations.

It would also benefit from more information on the limitations of your staff, such as how much work each can be assigned before they start burning out.

Sage, thanks for the comment! I released a more advanced version of this game called the “senior PM” game. It had the features you mentioned including persistent staff and many other features. Unfortunately it wasn’t very popular. I pulled the game and planned to rework to something a little less complicated and closer to this original. It’s not finished but hopefully I’ll get it up one day! Robc.

The game is very interesting and was helpful as it perfect skills on how to allocate people

Funny that someone can be slow but expensive? I guess it would not be ideal to spend on such a person.

The slower one is the more costly it is, I would have thought taking more time to double check that nothing gets left out or be mistakenly done incorrectly would cost less.

Allocation of different people on different roles and shows levels of flexibility
A good exercise.
